The Weingartenhotel Harkamp is surrounded by vineyards and soft hills – a perfect place for a relaxed but emotional celebration in southern Styria. As a Steiermark hochzeit videograf, I love venues like this, where we can simply walk into the vines at sunset and film a few quiet moments between the two of you. On Gloria and Emanuel’s day the light, the view and their energy all came together in such an easy, natural way that I almost forgot I was working – I was just enjoying the day with them and their guests.

I was looking forward to a somewhat difficult weekend, because I have quite busy weeks since May. In such cases, I always have a double focus on my work, hoping that everything should be fine. The day can be a bit stressful (at least for me, in my head). Not enough if I have the routine, the long years, the many weddings I’ve been to. Before each “Big Day”, I check the bag and equipment 4 times. Everything should be fine! I’m excited.

Then I meet the planner, the photographer and, of course, the couple at the wedding venue. With these two fantastic people. Who are enough if they look at each other. They just shine! With sparkling eyes, every moment.

I don’t even worry about anything anymore. Filled with peace and I just drift with the events. Just start to live. Experience every emotional moment with them. With their family and friends. Sometimes with tears, sometimes with laughter, with mixed emotions. But happily ever after.
